Dyer Livestock BEEF is a custom beef operation local to Dade County, Georgia. At Dyer Livestock BEEF, raising high quality livestock and producing a high quality end product for our customers is our mission. We have a deep passion for the beef industry and strive to bring the best the industry offers to our local community; a safe, wholesome, delicious protein fit for any palate.

Our beef is grass-fed and grain finished, and is harvested at an ideal finishing point, allowing us to achieve the desirable marbling and flavor beef-lovers enjoy. We provide a small range in marbling (fatness/leanness), enabling you to choose the cut of beef that best suits your individual taste preferences. As is all inspected beef sold in the U.S., our beef is antibiotic free, and we do not use any added hormones in raising our beef. ​

Place A Bulk Beef Order
Stock up and save
Stock your freezer with delicious meals by ordering a 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef! Buying in bulk not only allows you to choose your preferred cuts—especially with 1/2 or whole orders—but also helps you save. Our bulk orders fill up quickly, so be sure to act fast! A deposit is required to secure your spot, which you can easily make right here on our website.
Our Beef Shipped To Your Doorstep
Not local? No problem!
Indulge in premium beef without leaving your house! We offer convenient doorstep delivery, so you can enjoy your favorite cuts anytime. Our weekly shipping takes place on Mondays (or Tuesdays if Monday is a holiday), ensuring your beef arrives fresh within 1-2 days, depending on your location.
***Please note: Our website is currently under construction. Online orders and bulk beef deposits are temporarily unavailable to be placed through our site. To make a bulk beef order deposit, call us at 423-605-2431. Online orders for individual cuts to be shipped to your doorstep will resume by May 27, 2025. We appreciate your patience.
